It is the responsibility of the team captains to check local scorecards
and insure the combination levels per individual courts do not exceed the team
NTRP combination.

OFFICIAL SCORE REPORTING AND STANDINGS SYSTEM.
1.05A INCORRECT SCORES
Any Captain or Team Member maliciously recording “INCORRECT”
match scores or
any and all individuals deliberately recording or reporting altered match
results will be either
place on probation or suspension. The
latter being the likely penalty of such an act.
A verbal
or written complaint may be submitted by any player to any Local
League Coordinator and
will be addressed immediately.

Adult Day Women………….Monday & Tuesday Mornings (no earlier
than 9:00 am)
Adult Night Women………. .Monday & Tuesday Evenings (no earlier
than 6:30 pm)

7.01G(1) Team Match
Format
Round Robin competition will be used with some NTRP levels
being divided into Divisions.
Some NTRP levels will play a single or double round robin.
A match consists of the best 2
of 3 sets (except for Adult & Senior Night Women, Day Senior
Women, and Men leagues
which will
play best of 2 sets and play the 10 point Match Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd
set.
The Match tiebreak shall
be scored as 1-0 in TennisLink).

7.01H Team Lineups
7.01H(2)a Team Defaults
If a team forfeits an entire match (plays less than 3 courts Adult/2
Senior, Mixed, Combo)
for any reason during local league play, then all matches of that team,
played or to be
played shall be null and void. If
all teams in contention to advance have already played
the forfeiting team in good faith, the matches will
stand as played. A committee will
review any extenuating circumstances.
Additionally, the local league administrators
may impose sanctions against the captain and/or team members by denying
entry into
next year’s league program.
7.01H(4)Ineligible
Players: Failure by the team
captain to place a known ineligible player
in either the lowest singles or doubles position may result in the
ineligible player’s team
losing any individual doubles or singles matches won at the lower
positions. The team
captain who is playing a known ineligible player must notify the opposing
team captain at
the time team line-ups are exchanged by indicating a forfeit in the
affected position.
7.01H(4)dTeam Lineups
Two players will play together in the higher position when both of their
partners do not
show in order to avoid two defaults if possible
7.02B
Local League Playoffs
The local league coordinators will determine the format for the
playoffs for each NTRP level.
Any team qualifying to
play in a Local League playoff that cannot advance to the State
Championships level will forfeit their playoff position to the next
qualified team. Any first place
team that cannot compete in the local league playoffs will forfeit their
position to the second place
team. Any second place team
that cannot compete in the local league playoffs will forfeit their
position to the third place team. Playoffs
are part of the local league season and count as a
match played for an individual player. All playoff formats and dates must
be on the respective
published schedule. All

Only one match is required locally to advance to State Championships in
Adult and Senior divisions.
7.02B(4) Local League Playoff
Format
One Division Level -------- 1st place team advances to state
Two Division Level
-------- 1 vs 2 (of different divisions). The winners advance to state.
Seeding will
be determined by best record of the local season. When a WILD CARD
is available and 3 teams
advance to state ----- 1 vs 1, seeding determined by best record of the
local season. 2 vs 2, winner
advances to state as the 3rd place team.
Three Division Level --- 1 vs 2 (of different divisions) The winners
advance to state. Seeding
will be determined by best record of the local season.
