Grievance Forms

Any Captain or Team Member maliciously recording "INCORRECT" match scores or any and all individuals deliberately recording or reporting altered match results will be either placed on PROBATION or SUSPENSION.   The latter being the likely penalty of such an act. 

A verbal or written complaint may be submitted by any player to any Local League Coordinator and will be addressed immediately.

Please keep in mind that it is the responsibility of BOTH captains to make sure the scores are entered correctly.  While the integrity of our tennis community remains high, a few individuals have chosen to act inappropriately and are entering fictitious or altered scores for players.  These actions directly affect individual ratings and team standings.  In some instances the players are not aware that their scores have been altered.
